Privacy

Your recipes and event plans are private to your account. Google Drive access is optional and is requested only when you export. We do not sell personal data.

Guided manual recipe imports are not sent to an AI provider. If you explicitly choose Google AI-assisted import, the submitted text, public URL content, image, or PDF is sent to the unpaid Gemini API for one import request. Google states that unpaid-service submissions and responses may be used to improve its products and may be reviewed by people. Do not use AI-assisted import for confidential, personal, or proprietary material.

The planner does not retain uploaded image or PDF files. After you approve an import, it stores the confirmed recipe, source label or URL, original ingredient lines, conversion notes, and import warnings in your private account.

You can export or delete your account data from Settings. Production deployments should publish a finalized policy containing the operator’s contact information and retention periods.
